Letting Ish Go: The Experience

We’re not talking about it , we’re breaking it.

Letting Ish Go is an intimate, high-energy gathering where the community comes together to release what’s been weighing on them , through shared rituals, movement, expression, and collective moments that stay with you long after the night ends.

R&R After Hours

is an intimate late-night pop-up where guests move through guided conversation and interactive stations,

followed by open social time
set to R&B love songs that shift the mood. The night is designed for connection,
expression, and relaxed intimacy in a secret setting tied to the ongoing Rally & Release
movement.

Black History Month

isn’t just something we remember, it’s something we live.

Rally & Release honors the past, centers the present, and gathers us together in purpose.

The Rally & Release Gaming Hub

is a teen-centered space
where gaming, anime, and culture bring Baltimore youth together.

We create safe, high-energy experiences that turn competition into connection and confidence. This hub is part of a larger movement building pathways to our 2026 citywide Rally & Release Festival.

Malcolm Johnson

Malcolm Johnson is a Baltimore-based organizer and entrepreneur who builds interactive experiences that turn community ideas into real-world moments. Through Rally & Release, he is focused on creating spaces where culture, participation, and collective release come together not as a concept, but as something people actually show up for.

Alexis Faulcon

Alexis Faulcon is a creative and community leader who designs experiences with intention centering youth voices, wellness, and inclusion at every level. As cofounder of Rally & Release, she helps shape environments that feel organized, welcoming, and built with care, even while they’re still evolving.
